Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 whole English cucumbers

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill

The dressing

  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the white vinegar and honey until dissolved.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, red onion, and dill, then toss with the vinaigrette.
