Baked Pumpkin Dip with Goat Cheese

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Mix the hummus and pumpkin puree in a bowl until combined and spoon into an oven-safe dish.
- 3. In a separate bowl, beat the goat cheese, olive oil, half and half, and rosemary until light and fluffy.
- 4. Place rounds of goat cheese on top of the hummus mixture and swirl together with a fork.
- 5. Bake for 10 minutes.
- 6. Remove from the oven and top with pomegranate seeds, pecans, and rosemary. Serve warm with crackers or toasted baguette.
