Baked Pumpkin Dip with Goat Cheese

Ingredients

The dip

  • 1 container original hummus
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp half and half or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary

For garnish

  • handful pomegranate arils
  • handful pecans
  • more rosemary

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Mix the hummus and pumpkin puree in a bowl until combined and spoon into an oven-safe dish.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, beat the goat cheese, olive oil, half and half, and rosemary until light and fluffy.
  4. 4. Place rounds of goat cheese on top of the hummus mixture and swirl together with a fork.
  5. 5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and top with pomegranate seeds, pecans, and rosemary. Serve warm with crackers or toasted baguette.
