Dark Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Snack Bars

dairy-free dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Prepare an 8"x6" baking dish with parchment paper.
- Blend raw almonds, ½ cup macadamia nuts, and 1 cup coconut flakes in a food processor until crumbly.
- Transfer the nut mixture to a bowl and set aside.
- Blend the dates and vanilla in the food processor until it forms a ball.
- Add the nut mixture, sea salt, and cocoa powder to the date mixture and blend until combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
- Drizzle a third of the melted chocolate on top and press in the remaining macadamia nuts and coconut flakes.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Lift the bars out using the parchment paper and slice into 10 bars.
- Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the bars and store in the refrigerator.
