Vanilla Almond Snack Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (149°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix together honey, vanilla, almond meal, salt, and almond butter until combined.
- Fold in the chopped almonds, dates, and sunflower seeds.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press it firmly into an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then cool in the pan for 1 hour before refrigerating for another hour.
- Remove from the pan and cut into bars. Wrap individually and store.
