Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (149°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix honey, vanilla, almond meal, salt, and almond butter until combined.
- Fold in the chopped almonds, cherries, and chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking pan and press it firmly into an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then cool completely in the pan for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for an additional hour to firm up the bars.
- Remove from the pan, cut into bars, and wrap each bar individually.
