Almond Cherry Bars

Instructions
- 1. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. In a food processor, combine the dried cherries, slivered almonds, and salt, and pulse on high for 30-45 seconds.
- 3. Add the water and pulse again until well combined with no large pieces.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- 5. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 6-12 hours.
- 6. Once chilled, slice the mixture into bars and serve.
