Ingredients

The Potatoes

  • 4 pieces potatoes

The Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt

The Wrapping

  • 4 pieces aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them.
  2. Prick holes in the potato skins with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  3. Rub olive oil over the potato skins and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
  5. Place the wrapped potatoes in the slow cooker and cover with the lid.
  6. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours.
  7. Once cooked, unwrap the potatoes and slice them open to add desired toppings.
