Instructions
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them.
- Prick holes in the potato skins with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub olive oil over the potato skins and sprinkle with salt.
- Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped potatoes in the slow cooker and cover with the lid.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours.
- Once cooked, unwrap the potatoes and slice them open to add desired toppings.
