Crock Pot Baked Potatoes

The potatoes

Russet potatoes (6-8 ounces each)
The seasoning

Toppings

toppings of your choice (such as butter, cheese, bacon, and sour cream)
Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes and prick holes in each one with a fork.
- Rub olive oil over the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each potato in foil.
- Place the wrapped potatoes in a crock pot.
- Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
- Carefully unwrap the potatoes and cut them open.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
