Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then prick them several times with a fork.
- Drizzle cooking oil over the potatoes and smear it until fully coated.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and season with a pinch of salt.
- Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes, or until they can be pierced easily with a fork.
- Cut the potatoes open, fluff the insides, and add your favorite toppings.
