Ingredients

The potatoes

  • 4 pieces russet potatoes (½ lb. each)

The seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then prick them several times with a fork.
  3. Drizzle cooking oil over the potatoes and smear it until fully coated.
  4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and season with a pinch of salt.
  5. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes, or until they can be pierced easily with a fork.
  6. Cut the potatoes open, fluff the insides, and add your favorite toppings.
