Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and position the oven rack in the center.
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then place them on a baking sheet.
- Poke each potato with a fork 3-4 times to prevent them from exploding.
- Rub each potato with oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the potatoes for 50-60 minutes until fork-tender or the internal temperature reaches 210°F.
- Remove from the oven and make a deep cut lengthwise in each potato.
- Press the ends of the potato to create an opening and fluff the inside with a fork before serving.
