The filling
Instructions
- Grease a silicone egg bite mold.
- Cut the bacon slices in half and place two pieces in the bottom of each mold.
- Blend the eggs, cheese, cream, water, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture into the molds and cover with foil.
- Add water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
- Set the mold on the trivet, seal the lid, and cook on high pressure for 9 minutes.
- Allow a 5-minute natural release, then perform a quick release.
- Remove the mold, let cool for 5 minutes, then pop out the egg bites.
