The base

  • ½ cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup diced apple
  • a small squeeze lemon
  • teaspoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon granola
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats and almond milk in a jar.
  2. Toss the diced apple with lemon juice and add it to the jar with cinnamon.
  3. Chill the mixture overnight.
  4. In the morning, top with granola and drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
