Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond butter
  • 2 large eggs or flax eggs
  • cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, eggs, maple syrup, and baking soda, and whisk until combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped chocolate.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the lined pan and bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  5. Let the bars cool completely before slicing.
