Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare an 8x8-inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients until combined.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until a cookie dough consistency is achieved.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared baking dish, pressing it evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked in the center.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
