Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy almond butter, unsalted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • cup coconut sugar or light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare an 8x8-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients until combined.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until a cookie dough consistency is achieved.
  5. Transfer the dough into the prepared baking dish, pressing it evenly into the pan.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked in the center.
  7. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
