Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9"x9" square pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg.
- Add the nut butter, coconut sugar, baking soda, vanilla, and sea salt to the bowl and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the mixture into the prepared pan and press it into an even layer. Top with additional chocolate chips.
- Bake in the oven for 14-16 minutes, until the edges are brown and the center is slightly underdone.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
