Vegan S'mores Bars

Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Process oats and graham crackers in a food processor until flour-like, then mix with salt in a bowl.
- Add maple syrup, cashew butter, and almond milk to the oat mixture and stir until it forms a dough.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Melt chocolate chips, coconut oil, and cashew butter in a microwave, stirring until smooth, then pour over the bars.
- Freeze the bars for an hour until the chocolate sets.
- Remove the bars and top with halved marshmallows, then broil until browned.
- Slice into 9-12 bars and store covered.
