Vegan S'mores Brownie

The toppings

vegan graham crackers (roughly crushed)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9"x9" glass pan with coconut oil and parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a pot on low heat, then stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Remove from heat and add the chocolate, stirring until melted.
- Let the mixture cool, then add the egg replacement.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then combine with the wet mixture until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with graham crackers and marshmallows, then bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
