Instructions
- Cream the vegan butter and brown sugar together for 3 minutes.
- Add the vegan milk and vanilla extract, mixing for an additional 30 seconds.
- Incorporate the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and sea salt into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate, chocolate chips, and graham crackers.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 ½ hours.
- Scoop out ¼ cup of dough for each cookie, pressing down and adding half a marshmallow in the center.
- Form the dough around the marshmallow and space the cookies 3 inches apart on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
