Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
- Form the mixture into the bottom of the bread pan to create the crust.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown, then let cool.
- Lower the oven temperature to 350°F.
- After the crust has cooled for at least 15 minutes, add chocolate chips in an even layer, followed by marshmallows and crumbled graham crackers. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Let cool for 30 minutes before refrigerating for at least 1 hour.
