Healthy S'mores Bars

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp salt

Layers

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 pieces graham crackers, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into the bottom of the bread pan to create the crust.
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown, then let cool.
  5. Lower the oven temperature to 350°F.
  6. After the crust has cooled for at least 15 minutes, add chocolate chips in an even layer, followed by marshmallows and crumbled graham crackers. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 30 minutes before refrigerating for at least 1 hour.
