Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, tahini, and collagen (if using).
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes, then add the egg/flax egg and baking soda.
- Mix thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, greasing the inside so the paper sticks.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and press down evenly with a spatula.
- Add a few extra chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, then let cool before slicing into squares.
