Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup Soom Foods Tahini
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)
  • 1 large egg (or flax egg)

The mix-ins

  • ¾ cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup marshmallows, chopped in small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, tahini, and collagen (if using).
  3. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes, then add the egg/flax egg and baking soda.
  4. Mix thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  6. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, greasing the inside so the paper sticks.
  7. Pour the mixture into the dish and press down evenly with a spatula.
  8. Add a few extra chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.
  9. Bake for 20-22 minutes, then let cool before slicing into squares.
