Kale and Pomegranate Salad with Pears

For the Salad

raw walnuts

Optional Additions

Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and bake the walnuts on a baking sheet for 6-8 minutes.
- In a large bowl, massage the chopped kale with the dressing for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the remaining salad ingredients to the kale and toss well.
- Serve as is or top with optional protein like quinoa or chicken.
