Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and cocoa powder.
- Melt chopped chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then whisk in 3 eggs.
- Add the remaining 2 eggs and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the flour mixture gently until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
