Grilled Pineapple Jalapeño Chicken Skewers

Instructions
- Make the marinade by combining pineapple juice, tamari, avocado oil, minced garlic, and salt in a glass measuring cup and stir until salt dissolves. Reserve ½ cup for basting.
- Marinate the cubed chicken in the marinade for 45 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat the grill to 425ºF (218ºC).
- Thread the marinated chicken, cubed pineapple, and sliced jalapeños onto skewers.
- Brush skewers and grill grates with avocado oil. Grill skewers for 5 minutes with the lid closed, baste, flip, and cook for another 5 minutes. Baste, flip, and grill for 2 final minutes.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
