Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and sweet chili sauce.
- In a skillet, melt half the butter and cook the shrimp until golden, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and reserved pasta water to the skillet, whisking until combined.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, then simmer until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, then add the shrimp and toss to coat.
- Finish with lime juice and garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes.
