Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp seasoned with paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until bright pink.
- Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Deglaze the pot with chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.
- Stir in Greek yogurt, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and broccoli; cover and let flavors meld for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve topped with shrimp.
