Ingredients

The pasta

  • 10 oz linguine or spaghetti pasta

The shrimp

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

The sauce

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha

The vegetables

  • 2 cups cooked broccoli

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp seasoned with paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until bright pink.
  4. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  5. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  6. Deglaze the pot with chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.
  7. Stir in Greek yogurt, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
  8. Add cooked pasta and broccoli; cover and let flavors meld for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Serve topped with shrimp.
