shredded purple cabbage

Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl and set aside.
- Mix shredded lettuce and cabbage and divide onto four plates.
- Coat shrimp with cornstarch thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a skillet or wok on high heat, then add shrimp and cook until done, about 3 minutes.
- Remove shrimp from the pan, mix with the sauce until well coated.
- Serve shrimp on the lettuce mixture and top with scallions.
