Instructions
- Cut slits or pockets in the salmon fillets, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, mashed garlic, parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper.
- Stuff the filling into the salmon fillets, packing it in tightly.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, and cumin in a small bowl, then rub the mixture on top of each stuffed salmon fillet.
- Grease a large, oven-safe skillet with butter or oil and place the salmon in the skillet.
- Broil the salmon in the oven for 13 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
