Ingredients

The salmon

  • 4 pieces Salmon (4-6 ounce each)

The filling

  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (mashed)
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

Instructions

  1. Cut slits or pockets in the salmon fillets, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, mashed garlic, parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper.
  3. Stuff the filling into the salmon fillets, packing it in tightly.
  4. Mix paprika, garlic powder, and cumin in a small bowl, then rub the mixture on top of each stuffed salmon fillet.
  5. Grease a large, oven-safe skillet with butter or oil and place the salmon in the skillet.
  6. Broil the salmon in the oven for 13 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve.
