Ingredients

The nachos

  • 9 oz. bag Private Selection Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups shredded Kroger Monterey Jack Cheese

The buffalo chicken

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce

The toppings

  • 3 tablespoons Kroger Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with melted butter and hot sauce until well coated.
  3. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with buffalo chicken, blue cheese dressing, diced celery, and crumbled blue cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
