Buffalo Hummus and Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

The nachos

  • 16 oz. restaurant style tortilla chips
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • cups cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup chives
  • 1 small fresh jalapeño
  • to taste shredded lettuce

The hummus

  • 2 containers Lantana Buffalo Hummus

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Spoon 1½ containers of Buffalo hummus over the tortilla chips and reserve the remaining ½ container for dipping.
  4. Sprinkle shredded chicken over the nachos.
  5. Bake the nachos in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  6. While the nachos are baking, chop the tomatoes, chives, and jalapeños.
  7. Remove nachos from the oven and top with cherry tomatoes, chives, and jalapeño slices if desired.
  8. Place the remaining hummus in the center of the nachos.
  9. Serve the nachos on a bed of shredded lettuce and enjoy immediately.
