Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Prepare the BBQ shredded chicken by whisking together barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and water.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in melted butter until lightly browned.
- Add the barbecue sauce mixture to the chicken, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
- Shred the chicken and return it to the sauce to coat.
- Assemble the nachos by layering half of the chips, followed by half of the toppings and cheese, then repeat with the remaining chips and toppings.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Top with additional barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, and cilantro before serving.
