Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced red, green, and white onions
  • 1 cup black olives
  • ½ cup jalapenos
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup homemade queso sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pulled pork according to your preferred method.
  2. Layer the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Add the pulled pork on top of the cheese.
  5. Distribute the diced onions, black olives, and jalapenos evenly over the nachos.
