Pulled Pork Nachos

Kalua Pork, chopped into bite-size pieces

bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place a single layer of tortilla chips on an oven-safe plate.
- Top with a heaping ¾ cup of shredded cheese.
- Add the chopped Kalua pork over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with diced pepperoncini.
- Break up a handful of tortilla chips into large pieces and sprinkle them on top.
- Add the remaining cheese on top.
- Top with crumbled bacon and chopped red onion.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and dollops of sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
