pork rinds

shredded fresh pepperjack cheese or shredded fresh monterey cheese

Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
- Add the spices and water to the beef, stirring to combine, and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
- Preheat the broiler and arrange half of the pork rinds on a baking sheet.
- Layer half of the cheese and then half of the taco meat over the pork rinds.
- Add the remaining pork rinds, then top with the rest of the cheese and taco meat.
- Broil the nachos until the cheese melts, being careful not to burn the pork rinds.
- Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
