Instructions
- Remove chicken from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
- Pound the chicken breasts between two pieces of wrap to create uniform thickness.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and brush both sides with avocado oil.
- Season liberally with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
