Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- 2. Place the chicken on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle avocado oil over the top of each breast.
- 3. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- 4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF and the skin is golden brown.
- 5. Cool completely and remove the skin.
- 6. Chop or shred the chicken breast and store in an airtight container.
