Baked Bone In Chicken Breast

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Arrange the chicken in the dish, skin-side up, and pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix the olive oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture over the chicken and squeeze half of the lemon over it.
- Tuck lemon wedges around the chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- Optionally broil for 2 minutes for a crispy skin.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
