Instructions

  4. Brush the marinade generously over the chicken on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  5. Let the chicken rest at room temperature while the oven preheats.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness at 165°F.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 8-10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve whole, sliced, cubed, or shredded.
