Instructions
- Marinate the Cornish Game Hen in lemon oil and black pepper.
- Prepare a sweet potato packet with sweet potatoes, fig balsamic, brown sugar, and butter, and grill for at least 40 minutes on indirect heat.
- Grill the Cornish Game Hen and add the string beans to the grill.
- For dessert, mix milk, eggs, triple sec, orange zest, cranberries, craisins, sugar, and bread pieces.
- Let the bread soak in the mixture for at least 20 minutes.
- Bake the bread pudding on indirect heat on the grill for 30 minutes.
