Simple Braised Greens

The greens

mixed greens (kale, collard, mustard, or greens of your choice)
The seasoning

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a 9-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the mixed greens and stir to coat them with the oil.
- Stir until the greens are barely wilted.
- Add the minced garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Continue stirring until the greens are tender.
- Serve the braised greens.
