Ingredients

The greens

  • 4 ounces mixed greens (kale, collard, mustard, or greens of your choice)

The seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a 9-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the mixed greens and stir to coat them with the oil.
  3. Stir until the greens are barely wilted.
  4. Add the minced garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Continue stirring until the greens are tender.
  6. Serve the braised greens.
