Instructions
- Wash the collard greens thoroughly in water to remove dirt.
- Remove the stems and slice the greens into smaller pieces.
- Heat a pan on medium heat with olive oil.
- Add the onions and garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.
- Layer in the collard greens and allow them to wilt.
- Sprinkle the spices throughout and stir.
- Cook until the collards are tender, about 10-15 minutes, adjusting spices as necessary.
