Sautéed Collard Greens with Raisins + Onions

Instructions
- Prepare the collard greens by removing the stems and finely chopping them.
- Stack the leaves, roll them, and slice into ribbons.
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and sauté for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Add chopped collard stems and garlic, sauté for another 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the leafy greens and water, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 minutes until wilted.
- Add raisins and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm them up.
- Adjust seasonings as needed and serve.
