Quick Collard Greens

Instructions
- Prepare the collards by removing the thick center rib and slicing the leaves into thin strips.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the collard greens and salt, stirring to coat them in oil.
- Cook the greens in 30-second intervals, stirring until they are wilted and some edges are browned.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
- Serve the collards on plates with lemon wedges.
