Instructions
- Blend the eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, whipping cream, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
- Carefully add the baby-food container filled with the egg mixture to the pot.
- Spoon the mixture into the compartments of the container and top with chopped peppers, onions, and bacon.
- Cover the container and seal the Instant Pot lid.
- Set the Instant Pot to the Steam setting and cook for 12 minutes.
- Allow natural steam release for 10 minutes before opening the pot.
- Remove the container and let the bites cool slightly before serving.
