Instructions
- 1. Whisk together the eggs, egg whites, drained spinach, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2. Add water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
- 3. Spoon the egg mixture into a baby-food container with compartments.
- 4. Top each compartment with chopped peppers, onions, and chicken sausage.
- 5. Cover the container and place it in the Instant Pot.
- 6. Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to the Steam setting for 12 minutes.
- 7. Allow the steam to naturally release for 10 minutes before opening the pot.
- 8. Carefully remove the container and let the egg bites cool slightly before serving.
