Instructions
- Boil water and fill your teapot to warm it.
- Roll the mint leaves and stems between your palms to crush them.
- Empty the teapot and place the crushed mint inside.
- Pour boiling water over the mint and cover the teapot.
- Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into cups and add sweetener if desired.
- For iced tea, cool the brewed tea and serve over ice.
