Iced Moroccan Mint Tea

vodka, to your liking (optional)

pomegranate arils and mint for serving
Instructions
- Boil 4-5 cups of water and remove from heat.
- Add the tea and steep for 5 minutes, then stir in the mint and steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher and mix in honey and lemon juice to taste.
- Chill the tea until cold.
- Serve over ice, topping with sparkling water and a splash of vodka if desired.
- Garnish with pomegranate arils and fresh mint.
