whole coriander seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Combine the green tea, rose petals, and coriander in a pitcher.
- Heat ½ cup of water until it's just shy of boiling and pour it over the tea mixture.
- Wait for about ten seconds, then add the remaining 3½ cups of cold water.
- Refrigerate until the tea reaches your desired strength, typically 4 to 8 hours.
- Strain the tea and serve it over ice.
