Vegan Salted Caramel Sauce

Instructions
- In a small pot, whisk together all ingredients except for the tapioca flour.
- Bring the mixture to a light boil, then reduce the heat to low and stir gently for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the tapioca flour, mixing well to avoid lumps.
- Gently stir on and off for about 20 minutes, allowing it to cool slightly.
