Instructions
- Heat a pot over medium-high heat and add the sugar, stirring for about 1 minute.
- Add the coconut milk and sea salt, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the pot from heat and let it cool slightly for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the caramel sauce to a jar, cover it, and refrigerate for at least two hours before using.
