Instructions
- Step 1: Add the can of coconut condensed milk to a saucepan and cover with water, about 1-2 inches above the can.
- Step 2: Bring the water to a simmer over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer for 2-3 hours.
- Step 3: Remove the pot from the heat and use tongs to remove the can. Submerge it in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes before opening.
- Step 4: Transfer the caramelized mixture to a bowl or jar.
